Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. This helps us process your return quickly and fairly.
- How to Return:
- Contact our customer support team to initiate your return and receive a prepaid return label.
- Pack the shoes securely in their original box, attach the return label, and drop off at the designated carrier location.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Exchanges
- Sizing or Style Exchanges: If you need a different size or want to exchange for another style, simply follow the return process above and place a new order for your desired shoes.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your shoes arrive defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.
Important Notes
- Customized or personalized shoes are non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
