We understand that plans can change and you might need to update the delivery address for your order. Don’t worry—at StepUp, we’ve made the process simple.
To change your delivery address, log into your StepUp account and go to My Orders.
You’ll see a list of your current orders. Find the order for which you want to update the address, then click on Edit Delivery Address.
Enter your new address and save the changes. Please keep in mind that address changes can only be made before your order has left our warehouse. Once your package is in transit, we’re unable to update the delivery address.
