Our Community Run Plan connects running enthusiasts across multiple cities through free, welcoming weekly runs suitable for all ability levels. Whether you want to make running a habit, improve your pace, or simply enjoy the social side of it, there’s a run for you.

What to Expect?
- Weekly Runs Across Multiple Cities: StepUp proudly hosts weekly runs in [list example cities: New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle, Miami, Houston, Denver, Atlanta, San Francisco, etc.]. Find your nearest location on our website.
- Multiple Pace Groups: Runs are organized by pace and distance (e.g., Walk & Jog, Easy 3-4 miles, Intermediate 5-7 miles, Advanced 8+ miles). Everyone runs at their own speed but together in a supportive atmosphere.
- Certified Run Leaders: Experienced run leaders and coaches guide each group to ensure safety, motivate the runners, and answer questions.
- Social & Supportive Environment: Celebrate milestones, share tips, and make new friends who share your passion for running.
- Bonus Events: Occasional themed runs, training workshops, injury prevention clinics, and fun socials exclusively for community members.
